Cancellation Policy
Student cancellations:
If students cancel 14 calendar days before the class is scheduled to run, they may reschedule to the next mutually available class dates or they may receive a 100% refund. If cancellation occurs between 7-14 calendar days prior to a class, students may receive a 50% refund. If less than 7 calendar days, there is no refund.
IDEAS cancellations:
In the rare event that IDEAS needs to cancel or reschedule a class, we will try to notify students 7 calendar days before the class is scheduled to run. If the class does not run, students may have the option of rescheduling to another class date, or opting for a customized condensed class, or a full refund.
Adobe, Quark, Markzware, FileMaker or Apple assume no responsibility with regard to the selection, performance, or use of the products or services. All understandings, agreements, or warranties, if any, take place directly between the vendors and prospective users.
